The Rent to Rent Day training videos

In November 2020 we ran a Rent to Rent Training Day, and the recordings (along with the speaker presentations and a few bonus videos), are available for sale as a training course (12 months access). Tenancy Agreements - The Complete Course

As a landlord, your tenancy agreement is really important and you need to be sure that it is working for you and protecting your position. During 2020 we developed a major 7 part course on tenancy agreements looking at all aspects - the different types of tenancy and how this affects your agreement, shared properties, different clauses and how they work, and amending and updating tenancy agreements. If you want to understand your tenancy agreement and make sure it is suitable for your properties - this is the course for you.

The Helping Tenants in Arrears Kit

If your tenants are in arrears of rent you may be considering eviction. However, eviction is expensive and takes a long time. There is another way.

It is often possible to help tenants pay their rent (and sometimes ALL the arrears!) by checking their benefit entitlement, Local Authority assistance and grant aid. It is not often realised that there are thousands of grants available - depending on your tenant's circumstances they may be eligible for one or more of these. Your questions answered

Q: If I find any of the products are not suitable for me, can I cancel?

A: Yes, you can cancel and get a full refund if you notify us within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will then cancel your access to the relevant product and refund your payment within 14 days.

Q: What are the Landlord Law Points?

A: Landlord Law members received 'points' when they join or renew their membership and for other activities (see here) which can be offset against kits and courses purchased via Landlord Law.

Note however that our system will not allow Landlord Law members to offset points when using a coupon, so if you have points you want to offset you will need to contact us (use the green button messenger service) and ask for these to be offset manually. Which we will do.

Q: Why is access to the courses limited to 12 months?

A: We don't give lifelong access to our training courses as the law changes and over time the training talks and material will almost certainly be out of date - at least in some respects. However if at the end of your 12 months you have not been able to complete the training and require an extension of time we will normally be happy to grant this on request.
