You need the Landlord Law Conference!
Book now to be sure of your place :
The Landlord Law Conference (now in its 7th year) is a serious training event for landlords, letting agents, and anyone involved in the Private Rented Sector. This year our lead sponsors are Hamilton Fraser Insurance.
There have been so many changes over the past few years that many feel overwhelmed by all the regulations which landlords now need to comply with. If so this conference is for you! We have ten 30 minute talks, all from specialist lawyers or practitioners, and and all looking to bring you up to date with the law and keep you informed of any new developments on the horizon.
This is an excellent event for staff training and also for networking and meeting industry specialists - both the speakers (many of whom will be around for most of the day) and our exhibitors.
You also come away with our Conference Handbook, containing the speakers detailed notes, to ensure that you do not forget what you have learned!
"Excellent well presented & organised, informative, friendly & enjoyable. Well worth attending" Tracy Churchwood, Essex Country & Village Homes
"A great deal of relevant content for a one day session so well planned and managed. Excellent quality speakers." Claire Baron, SAB
"An excellent day where speakers made a difficult subject not only easy to understand but entertaining." Andrew Lefevre, Durrants
Our speakers for the event. Many will be around for most of the day if you want to talk to them later.

How to book your place
Is my place guaranteed after I have booked?
Your place is not guaranteed until we have received full payment. If the event is sold out, we reserve the right to re-allocate your place to another delegate if you have not paid (although we will normally contact you first)
Can I cancel if I find I can't attend after all?
You can cancel within 14 days of booking without penalty. After that you can cancel any time up to 14 days before the event and get a refund subject to a £25 administration fee. No refunds are made during the last 14 days before the Conference.
Is there CPD?
Yes, you can claim 5 hours CPD – most organisations such as ARLA, the NLA and the SRA will accept attendance at our conference against your CPD.
Why is your Conference near Norwich rather than somewhere more central such as London?
To get the most from a Conference it is best to be relaxed and happy - a rural location is more conducive to this. You will take in more if you are not stressed. Sprowston Manor is the nicest venue we have ever used (with the best lunches!) and is surrounded by grass and trees. It is also considerably cheaper than similar venues in, say, London so we are able to keep our costs down.
It is a reasonably easy journey from London (2 hours from Liverpool St) and anywhere in the Eastern Region where many of our customers are based. It also helps us as we are based nearby.
Everywhere is going to be inconvenient for someone. If you have to travel - why not take advantage of it and combine Conference with a weekend in East Anglia (a famous holiday destination)? We have negotiated special rates at the hotel for you.
Do you cater for people with disabilities?
Yes. The Norfolk Suite (where the conference takes place) is on the ground floor so should be fully accessible for persons with disabilities. However if you have any special needs please let us know when booking.
Do you cater for special diets?
Yes. Provided you tell us in advance, the venue can cater for most diets e.g. gulten free, lactose intolerant etc. There will always be a vegetarian option.
I'm not local and would be nervous staying there on my own
As usual at our Conferences, all delegates staying overnight before the Conference will be welcome to join us for our (pay extra) 'evening before' dinner in the hotel restaurant. We will be providing details of this to delegates nearer the time.
Can anyone come to the 'before the conference' evening meal?
Yes, this is arranged mainly with those staying at the hotel in mind but we are very happy for any delegates or exhibitors who are local to attend (subject to space in the dining room). Details of the meal and our 'dinner form' will be provided after you have booked, nearer the time.
How can I claim the special hotel prices?
Sprowston Manor have agreed special discounted prices for Conference delegates. Details on how to claim this will be provided after you have booked your place.
