Below is some feedback from delegates at the event in March 2025 (see more further down):
“This conference was brilliant - it encompassed views from all areas including from the tenant perspective, the landlord perspective and local authority perspective. With the new legislation coming, this was a crucial event to help provide an understanding of what is expected. It also helped identify support for tenants and landlords and the benefits of working together to try and resolve problems. A great event! Well done to all involved.“
Sarah Bradley
“The two day conference was one of the best industry events I have attended in a long time. The speakers were experts in their field and all the information was relevant. Deeper insights into some of the more complicated or controversial elements of the Renter's Rights Bill. The mix of speakers was helpful from lawyers, an experienced landlord, LHA enforcement, letting agent professional body, redress scheme and more. I highly recommend that any landlord joins Landlord Law to benefit from the expertise offered including events like this.

A really comprehensive series of talks and questions by experts which clarified many issues I had not understood - or been unaware of. I feel much more confident of being able to be compliant with the new provisions now
Janet, private landlord
Brilliant balance of experience and knowledge coming from slightly different viewpoints so we could get a full picture of the RRB and its implications. Tessa knows the best in the business!
Victoria, private landlord
Anyone considering entering the private residential market would be well advised to see a video of this conference before doing so.
Ian Chapman, private landlord
The opportunity to hear from leading experts in their field is not one to be missed.
Eric Hochstatter, letting agent
An excellent set of short seminars, presented by speakers with a good grasp of the changes to come. And who have been at the heart of the debate in most cases. This will help landlords and agents to get their ducks in a row in order to cope with the biggest change to rental law in decades.
Andrew Jennings, letting agent
Really interesting conference! I feel much more confident now about how to prepare for the RRB and all the changes it will bring to the sector.
